e1-4 is built and operated by Earth Life-Forms Ltd("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of e1-4. Terms version terms-v1.

Acceptance

By signing in to or using e1-4 you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; when we do, the version above changes and continued use means you accept the new version.

The service

e1-4 is a textless voice stream: you speak, and your voice becomes the content. The service is arranged in five dimensions — 1D Voice Stream, 2D Infinity Chalkboard, 3D Gravity Chalkboard, 4D Event Horizon and 5D Superposition — plus Talk conversations and the earth life-hive. Features marked early or experimental may change or disappear without notice.

Voice sign-in & biometric data

You sign in with your voice. Doing so creates a sealed voiceprint, which is biometric data. We collect it only with your explicit consent under voice policy voice-v1, and handle it exactly as described in the privacy policy. You may withdraw consent at any time from your profile. You must not attempt to sign in with anyone else's voice, or with recorded, synthesised or cloned speech.

Your content

You own what you create: voice entries and their transcripts, boards, Talk voice notes, earth life-hive bio and posts, and the share links you make. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, transcribe, and play back that content solely to operate e1-4 for you — including showing it to the people you share it with, and making hive posts public on your profile link. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already lawfully shared by others via links you created before revoking them.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harassing, hateful or sexually exploitative content.
• No impersonation, voice spoofing, or recording others without consent.
• No attempts to break, probe, overload or bypass the security of the service.
• No scraping, bulk downloading or automated access you were not given.
• No spam, malware, or infringing anyone else's rights.

e1-4 is not for children under 13 (under 16 in the EU).

Termination & account deletion

You can stop using e1-4 at any time. Delete your account from your profile immediately, or schedule deletion: it takes effect after a 30-day cool-off, during which you can cancel it, and then destroys your voiceprint, audio and every record, as set out in the privacy policy. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, or where required by law.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

e1-4 is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Transcripts, translations and Da Vinci replies are machine-generated and may be wrong. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earth Life-Forms Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, and its total liability is limited to [amount — for counsel]. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
